We’re switching to a new website and a new online banking platform.

Launching soon....our new website will be easier to navigate so you can find the content you’re looking for. Our new and improved online banking and mobile app has some great new features that you can check out for yourself in the video link below.

We need your current email address and cell phone number in our system to make the transition easier. This will allow you to log in to the new online banking on your own.

  • Members using online banking must have an email and cell number in our system in order to login to the new banking platform for the first time
  • After logging in to the new system using your current password, you’ll receive a one-time password in your email or via text message on your cell.

How to update your email address and cell number in our system:

  • Login to online banking from your desktop; go to Profile and Preferences; Change Contact Information (Access 24/7 app does not have this option)
  • Chat with us online right here on our website
  • Email us at memberdirect@accesscu.ca
  • Call us at 1.800.264.2926
  • Visit a branch and speak to one of our staff
