As we complete our operational alignment between Sunova CU and Access Credit Union, we are excited to inform our members that our database integration will take place over the weekend of September 22 - 24, 2023.
A weekend integration is scheduled to reduce the impact on members’ day-to-day banking transactions. We’re working hard to minimize inconvenience to our members, however, there will be some impacts on members during this integration weekend.

What you can do to prepare

What do you need to know?
- At 4:00 p.m. CDT: ATM and POS transactions will be limited.
- At 5:00 p.m. CDT: Online, mobile, and telephone banking will be unavailable.
- At 5:00 p.m. CDT: The Member Solutions Centre will be closed until Monday, September 25 at 8:30 a.m. CDT.
Note: Access Carpathia and Access Casera members are not impacted by the integration weekend.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Member Solutions Centre at 1.800.264.2926. We appreciate your understanding of the need to complete the database integration to finalize our operational alignment with Sunova CU.
- Send and accept any/all Interac® e-Transfers.
- Deposit any cheques via the mobile app.
- Take cash out or use an alternative method of payment (such as credit cards) for purchases September 22-24.
- Ensure you've completed any critical banking transactions before 5:00 p.m. CDT on Friday, September 22.
- Your Interac® e-Transfer recipient list, Autodeposit® settings, and pre-authorized payments/transfers will all carry over after integration weekend.
- If any Interac® e-Transfers or pre-authorized payments/transfers are set to happen between September 22 at 5 p.m. CDT and September 24, they will process sometime in the afternoon on Monday, September 25.
