What you can do to prepare

Please ensure you do the following before November 18th:

Only applies to legacy Access members (not legacy Noventis members)


  • Send and accept any/all Interac® e-Transfers
  • Deposit any cheques via the mobile app
  • Take out cash or ensure you have other methods of payment ready (e.g. credit card)
  • Complete any in-branch banking early to avoid delay
Note:
  • Your Interac® e-Transfer recipient list, Autodeposit® settings, and pre-authorized payments/transfers will all carry over after integration weekend.
  • If any Interac® e-Transfers or pre-authorized payments/transfers are set to happen between November 18 at 5 P.M. and November 20th they will go through sometime in the afternoon on November 20th.

Statements

In December, members will see a change in banking statements; the way they look, when they are received, and the information that appears on them.
