As previously communicated, the Donald Street location has been for sale, and most recently, the building sale has been finalized. Access Credit Union will be closing our 171 Donald Street, Winnipeg branch on May 31, 2024. This closure will also impact the ATM outside the branch. We are actively seeking a new downtown location for personal and business banking members.
Donald branch details
All existing members of the Donald branch can continue to conduct their business at any of our other branches located throughout Manitoba, with no changes to their membership number or account numbers. We also offer other convenient banking services such as online and mobile banking, ATM service at any credit union ATM in Manitoba (with no additional charge), or telephone banking.
If you have a safe deposit box at the Donald branch, please remove the contents and transfer to another Access Credit Union branch before May 1, 2024.

Our Member Solutions Centre (MSC) is also available for support at 1.800.264.2926 or through our website’s online chat feature. Members can complete most day-to-day transactions with our MSC staff including bill payments.

Donald branch staff will not be affected by the closure as they will be offered other positions within Access Credit Union.
