Members who currently receive printed statements may qualify for a one-time $10 credit when they choose to suppress printed statements delivered by mail.
TIMELINE
- This promotion began September 16, 2025, and will run until otherwise specified.
- The credit will typically be applied within five (5) business days.
ELIGIBLE MEMBERS MUST:
- Have access to online banking.
- Have received a printed/mailed statement during or after the August 2025 statement cycle.
- Commit to receiving e-Statements indefinitely. Requesting a return to printed statements or requesting in-branch printouts may incur a reversal of the $10 credit plus other administrative fees.
Members may suppress printed statements only for their own accounts. A Power of Attorney (POA) can request suppression on behalf of the Tax Reported Owner (TRO) only if they hold a valid, legally executed POA for that member.
