Notice of Virtual Annual General Meeting

Virtual Meeting at 7:00 p.m. CDT | Registration closes at 4:00 p.m. CDT


The Annual General Meeting (also known as the AGM) is a legally required, member meeting that takes place every year. The Board and CEO present the Annual Report, and a brief overview on Access Credit Union's performance and strategy.

The meeting will be held to review the following:

  1. 2022 Financial Statements
  2. Board of Directors Report
  3. Appointment of Auditors
  4. Announcement of Patronage Allocation and Cash Redemptions
  5. Director Elections
To gain access to the virtual meeting, eligible members are required to register. Registration will close at 4:00 p.m. CDT on April 18, 2023.


All verified members will be sent a meeting agenda, as well as login credentials via email to login to the secure meeting, to participate in motions, and to ask questions during the meeting. Members will only be allowed to join from one device, and from one registered email address.

TAKE NOTICE THAT the Annual General Meeting of the members of Access Credit Union will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. CDT via virtual means, for the following purposes:

  2. Board of Directors Report
  3. Appointment of Auditors
  4. Announcement of Patronage Allocation and Cash Redemptions

All eligible members wishing to participate in the Annual General Meeting are required to register online at www.accesscu.ca prior to April 18, 2023, at 4:00 P.M. CDT.
