CAFT MFA Login Video Transcript

Welcome to the getting started video for CAFT MFA. In previous videos, we've covered how to download an authenticator application on your mobile device, as well as how to utilize the QR code scanner. In this final video of the series, we will go through the CAFT MFA login, all the way through until we're on to the CAFT site.

The first thing you will notice is the welcome to CAFT's new authentication process bulletin. After you've thoroughly read the bulletin and you're ready to begin the MFA process, click the link at the bottom of the bulletin. Once there, enter your username and password as normal, then click Continue.

It is possible that you will be asked to reset your password at this time, so we're going to cover how to do that as well. To reset your password, enter your old password, followed by your new password, and confirm by retyping your new password. Then click Change password.

With your new password set, you may want to manage your password with an automated tool. At this stage, you will require the QR code scanner on your authentication app. Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code.

Once you've scanned the QR code, secure your recovery code. Important note, be sure to capture and keep your recovery code in a safe location. Once you've done so, check the box, I have safely recorded this code.

You have completed the CAFT MFA login and are able to proceed as normal.
