“I first joined Access in 2024 as a Member Service Representative Summer Student and enjoyed the experience so much that I returned in May 2025 as a Retail Loan Administrator Summer Student. I was hired permanently full-time in July and have really enjoyed my time with the company. My background in Business Administration with a major in accounting has helped me feel confident in my role. Access has been a positive and rewarding place to grow my career.”
- Kayla Klippenstein, Retail Loan Administrator
“Joining Access Credit Union as a summer student not only allowed me to gain valuable work experience but also helped me find a real path forward after graduation. The positive culture within Access and the support I got through my education made it clear that this was where I should start building my career. They offered valuable programs and flexibility while I finished my degree, and today I’m lucky enough to be a permanent part of a great team.”
- Chase Duncan, Digital Marketing Coordinator
“I was employed with Access the summer of 2023 as a summer student, which really helped me get my feet wet in the banking world. I had an amazing time being a summer student, it gave me a glimpse into what a member service representative does in their daily work schedule and gave me so much valuable knowledge about my own banking. After my summer term was over, I knew working for Access permanently was the right choice for me having made friendships and valuable connections along the way!”
- Eric Zwarich, Member Service Representative
“As a summer student, I had the privilege of working in multiple branches across the city, gaining hands-on experience and a chance to learn how a credit union operates behind the scenes, while connecting with colleagues in various departments.
This experience provided me with a strong foundation in our banking systems and helped me develop valuable skills that supported my career growth.”
- Azlyn Glowatski, Deposit Service Representative
