Where you need us to be, in your community.
Access is committed to strengthening our communities by supporting organizations, charities, and events that reflect the values of our members, employees, and communities. We know that by building relationships through a shared goal, we can help our communities thrive and make a positive impact.
Volunteering
Our staff care deeply about the communities in which we live and work, with employees collectively contributing 18,053 volunteer hours in 2025. Many of these hours came from volunteer opportunities for our hosted events, as well as organizations like Harvest Manitoba, Central Station, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, and Siloam Mission.
In addition to volunteering, employees participating in our Jeans for Charity Program raised $150,971 that’s distributed to ten charities, and our subsidiaries raised $12,500 that’s distributed to four non-profit organizations.
Events
Access hosted numerous events across the province for our members and communities to enjoy. These events included: 2 Shred Days, 6 Pancake Breakfasts, 3 Movie in the Park Events (including 1 Movie in the Stadium), 4 Winter Pop Ups, 5 Junior Golf Tournaments, and 2 Charity Golf Tournaments.

The goal is to share our knowledge and expertise to empower members of our communities to make good financial decisions. In 2025, our team of 43 certified financial literacy trainers hosted 93 workshops throughout the province, reaching a total of 2,475 participants.
