Access Credit Union held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on April 9, 2026, bringing members together to reflect on the Credit Union’s performance over the past year and hear updates from the Board and Executive Leadership team.
Access Credit Union held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on April 9, 2026, bringing members together to reflect on the Credit Union’s performance over the past year and hear updates from the Board and Executive Leadership team.
During the AGM, members received an overview of Access Credit Union’s financial results, strategic progress, and priorities, followed by the announcement of the 2026 Board of Directors’ Election results. Voting for the election was conducted electronically in advance of the meeting, with results officially announced during the AGM.
Following the close of voting, Catherine Burns, Curt Letkeman, Marina R. James and Robert Reimer were elected by members to serve on the Access Credit Union Board of Directors for a 3 year term.
The Credit Union also acknowledged the retirement of long serving Director Marlene Michno, thanking her for her many years of commitment and meaningful contributions to Access Credit Union and its members.
While Taras Babick was not successful in the election, Access Credit Union expressed its sincere appreciation for his leadership, dedication, and willingness to serve. Taras’s commitment to the Credit Union and the time and care he invested in supporting Access and its members were recognized with gratitude.
Access Credit Union extends its appreciation to all candidates who put their names forward and to members who participated in the democratic governance process of their credit union.
