May 1, 2026, Manitoba – Schools across Manitoba can win an Access Credit Union Financial Literacy workshop, featuring a player from the Winnipeg Blue Bombers!
The “Tackle Your Finances like a Pro” workshop is delivered by a team of Access Credit Union Financial Literacy trainers and a Winnipeg Blue Bombers player. The 60-minute workshop is a fun and interactive experience that teaches students practical money management skills and tips. Exciting giveaways and prizes will also be up for grabs.
“These workshops are a major highlight for the Financial Literacy team each year. We are continually impressed with the engagement from the students and their curiosity to learn about money management and how to start preparing for their future,” said Emily Suderman, Financial Literacy Specialist at Access Credit Union. “It has also been amazing to see the interactions with the students and a Winnipeg Blue Bombers player. A big thank you to Nic Demski for joining us once again. We are excited to bring these workshops to schools in the 2026/2027 school year!”
“The continued momentum of the Financial Literacy Program is a testament to the meaningful impact it’s already having in our community. Our football club is proud to be a part of this important program and to support efforts that create lasting, positive change alongside Access Credit Union,” said Winnipeg Football Club President and CEO, Wade Miller.
