Collabria Credit Cards
Cardholders will be expected to continue to make payments by the due date during any postal disruption. New cards, replacement cards, statements, and letters sent via mail will experience delays. Balances, payment amount/minimum payment, and due dates are available through:
- CardWise (for personal members);
- MyCardInfo (for business members); or
- by calling Card Services at 1.855.341.4643.
Debit Cards
Personalized cards will not be available until Canada Post resumes service. Members can visit their local branch to receive a non-personalized debit card if needed.
Cheque Orders
If you require new cheques, please contact us and we will do our best to fulfill these orders. Normal fees will apply and cheques will need to be picked up in the branch.
Government Cheques
Canada Post has negotiated an agreement with the Canadian Union of Postal Workers for the once-a-month delivery of select Government of Canada payments during any labour disruption. In adherence with this agreement, Canada Post employees will deliver Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Old Age Security (OAS), and Canada Child Benefit (CCB) cheques to recipients on a monthly basis. Direct deposit payments are unaffected.
For up-to-date information on the strike, we encourage members to visit the Canada Post website.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Member Solutions Centre at 1.800.264.2926 or visit your local branch.
