Enhancements to accounts and services coming November 1, 2026

Starting November 1, 2026, we're introducing enhancements to our personal and business accounts to give you more value, flexibility, and choice.

These changes are designed to simplify our account lineup, enhance account features, introduce discounts for eligible members, and provide greater value and flexibility across our products.

While most changes focus on improving benefits and aligning accounts with member banking behaviours, some fees will also be adjusted as part of these enhancements.

Highlights include:

• Simplified account options that better align with member banking habits
• New discount models for eligible members
• Enhanced features and transaction allowances on select accounts
• More opportunities to waive monthly service fees through qualifying balances
• Improvements to select business accounts
• Updates to some account fees and pricing
