Though some locations and communities will see a change in operating hours, members can expect the same reliable service and support across all branches and our Member Solutions Centre during available hours.

 

What is not changing?

Our Member Solutions Centre hours remain the same (in Central Time):

  • Mon to Fri 8:30 - 6:00
  • Saturdays 8:30 - 4:30

Online, mobile, and telephone banking continue to be available 24 hours a day, as well as ATM services. 

 

How were these changes determined?

A comprehensive overview of the branch network and how our members interact with our services was completed to develop a consistent approach to branch hours, allowing for operational efficiencies and extended hours in branches with the most foot traffic. Consideration was given to consolidating branches where extended hours are offered to accommodate those who may need to travel to meet their banking needs.

The goal was to ensure core services are available when members need them most, while maintaining consistent service standards.

Updated operating hours have been determined based on specific branch transaction volumes, foot traffic, and member behaviours. While most branches will follow a schedule that suits these behaviours, exceptions have been made to accommodate local needs.
