Upcoming Mail Disruption:

Canada Post received strike notices from the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW), for both Urban and RSMC (Rural and Suburban Mail Carriers) bargaining units. CUPW intends to begin the strike as of Friday, May 23 at 12:00 a.m. local time, unless the parties reach agreements before then. Potential Strike or Lock Out with Canada Post starting May 22

There is the potential for a national Canada Post strike as the existing collective agreement with Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) ends on May 22, 2025. Canada Post News/ Updates.

If this occurs, we will face delays in both incoming and outgoing communications and will need to use alternative methods to communicate with our members. 
We will provide further updates if a 72-hour notice is issued. As of May 1, 2025, there are no delays with our mail service.
