    • Those on the Rogers network are being queued and will run when the network is fully restored.
  • No ATM/POS traffic is being processed yet.
  • Rogers customers will not receive SMS codes for online banking; all other networks should be working as expected.

8:30 AM CT: The nationwide Rogers network outage is affecting Interac e-Transfers and several other banking services. This outage started at 1:45 am PT (4:45 am ET) and is ongoing.

Some known components affected include:
  • Automated Funds Transfers
  • ATM service (possible)
  • Bill Payments
  • Business Payments (CRA)
  • Cheque Processing
  • Debit Processing
  • e-Transfers
  • Online Tracing (OLT)
  • Wire Processing (possible)

This will also impact One-Time Passwords (OTPs) sent via SMS (text message) from the desktop online banking and mobile app platforms.

As we receive updates, we will share them here to keep everyone informed. Thank you for your patience as Rogers and our banking service vendors work diligently to repair the outages.
