ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to all legal residents of Manitoba who are of the age of majority at the time of entry into the Contest. Employees and representatives of Access Credit Union or its subsidiaries and affiliates are not eligible to win, nor is any person of their immediate families, living in the same household as the employee or representative. For the purposes of the Contest, immediate family is defined as spouse or common-law partner, and children.

HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. Entries to the contest will be collected by entry of the contest form.

PRIZE
One (1) winner will be randomly selected to win a travel voucher of $5,000. Winner may choose an airline or travel agency of their choice for their travel voucher.

DRAW DATE
The prize draw will take place after the Contest end date within a reasonable time period. Winner will be notified by telephone or email as appropriate and will be required to prove their identity. Access Credit Union will make reasonable attempt to contact the potential winner within 10 business days following the date of the draw. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within the time frame indicated above, the prize will be awarded to an alternate entrant who will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a time-limited mathematical, skill-testing question. In addition, the selected entrants must sign a Publicity Release, agreeing to the use of their name, photo, voice and/or statements without compensation other than the prize offered.

By entering the Contest, all entrants agree to be bound by the rules of the Contest. If you are selected as a potential winner, you will be provided with specific instructions to claim your prize. Prizes will be awarded only upon verification and final approval by Access Credit Union. No correspondence will occur with entrants except with the selected prize winners.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, or modify, amend or suspend the Contest and/or the Contest Rules, Terms & Conditions in any way at any time for any reason without prior notice or compensation.

Alternate means of participation must be postmarked on or prior to the Contest end date and must be received by the contest end date. Access Credit Union will not be responsible for late, lost, invalid, illegible, delayed, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or postage-due entries. By using this alternate means of entry, you are providing us with your permission to enter you in the Contest and to communicate with you by telephone. Limit one entry per person.
